Suzanne Fernandes has a passion for our youth, she has four sons and active in her community working as a Youth Mentor with young offenders with Feltham Community Chaplaincy helping young people get back into employment, education or training.
An active member of Ealing Christian Centre (Elim Pentecostal Church) the last 14 years, Suzanne is involved with Pray for Schools (CARE), which is a project aiming to see every school in the UK with prayer representatives. and helped launch last year with Steve Stevens DFC the 'Day of Purity' www.dayofpurity.org.uk promoting chastity to to our Nation's youth..
Suzanne stood with the Christian Peoples Alliance and Christian Party as a London Candidate for the European Elections and local candidate for the General Elections, Suzanne is now a member of the Labour Party and is one of the community leaders for 'Movement for Change'
She writes regularly for various Christian publications and keen activist for social change, Suzanne helped campaign here in the UK for Gilad Shalit's freedom raising awareness of his captivity by Hamas. Currently studying towards an MA in Social Policy, her interests include Middle East Politics and Israel.
